Your Profile 

- University Degree in Electrical, Renewables, Industrial Engineer or equivalent

- Professional Experience 1+ year in Project Management

- Technical Knowledge of project management, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project and Advanced knowledge production planning.

- Intermediate English,

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of time.

- Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers and internal Stakeholders, Proactive, effective communication, decision maker, leadership, and resilient.

Your Responsibilities 

• Execute national orders and manage spare parts.

• Ensure on-time delivery of all orders and projects.

• Support the project management team in research, data analysis, and project planning.

• Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and knowledge to drive project success.

• Learn and apply industry best practices and methodologies.

• Foster a positive team culture and collaborate to achieve team objectives.

• Communicate with stakeholders, providing them with project updates and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Assist in creating project documentation, project schedules, tracking reports, and presentations.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Identify additional business opportunities out of the ongoing projects and support of project attainment based on customer requirements and needs.

• Establish and maintain relationships with the client, third parties/vendors and all partners.

• Responsibility to comply and/or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION (The Project Management)

In the department (Project Management Team) we are responsible for (ensuring on-time delivery of projects, profit, cost plans, and customer satisfaction). The (The Project Management Team Leader will manage strategic projects by effectively planning, budgeting, supervising, and documenting all aspects of the assigned projects, in addition to contributing to the Project Management team by solving problems, risk analysis, and sharing best practices and also managing team members' performance).
