A Snapshot of Your Day
As a People Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. Your day will involve managing payroll-related activities, monitoring time and attendance data, supporting social insurance administration, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with regional and global teams, contributing to accurate people data, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support end-to-end payroll operations, including statutory payments, overtime, leave accruals, and tax-related activities
- Ensure accurate administration of social insurance processes and employment-related compliance
- Maintain reliable time and attendance records to support payroll accuracy and workforce reporting
- Contribute to audit readiness by preparing and managing documentation for internal and external reviews
- Enable smooth employee lifecycle processes through effective coordination and operational support
- Strengthen operational excellence by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant people operations services
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar HR or People Operations role
- Solid experience with MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across functions and cultures
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Global mindset with strong intercultural awareness and collaboration skills
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
