A Snapshot of Your Day
As Technical Project manager (PM) for Dry type Transformers you´ll be the entrepreneur responsible for technical aspects, project execution, internal, external communication, coordination, negotiation and control of the projects on track together with project manager with the objective of executing the project according to the defined Project Management (PM) guideline, customer specification and considering the purchase order costs.
Partnership and collaboration between the CPM (Financial Project Manager) and the PM is the key for the overall project success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Single point and primary contact for customer during project Execution of Dry Type Transformers.
- Coordination and monitoring all activities and processes around transformers manufacturing.
- Work closely with Factory team to administrate and complete the orders.
- Work responsively with planning, manufacturing and CPM team to reach and concrete the Revenue considered per period and per year.
- Follow up customer modification and work with Sales and CPM and team to prepare proposals for customers in case of customer chance requests.
- Work together with the Customer Care area to attend site requirements raised by customers; to resolve issues, identify warranty issues, coordinate site training, inspection, work supervision, etc.

- Knowledge and understanding of other cultures.
- Realizes the extent of authority and limitations necessary to successfully complete projects.
- Able to make decisions and function in remote areas with minimum guidance.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
- University Degree in (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or similar)
- Professional Experience (2+ years) in (Mechanics Activities/Program activities, etc.)
- Technical Knowledge (Transformers, Electrical principles, MV, LV Switchgears, Tests for Electrical Equipment, TC’s TP’s acknowledgement, communication protocols, PM processes)
- English at professional working proficiency level.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time

The selected person will work jointly with the Company's Factory Management, commercial and technical teams and other support areas of the Company.
