As an Electrical Solutions Technical Project Lead at Siemens Energy, you will connect customer needs with our groundbreaking solutions. You'll lead an international team, managing diverse projects swiftly.

You will oversee the technical guidance and execution of onshore and offshore projects, focusing on the power energy sector such as Electrical Balance on Plant. With your extensive experience in the offshore wind or substation business, you'll ensure these projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the expected results.

This role demands strong organizational skills, deep knowledge of electrical solutions, and solid project management expertise.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage global projects in electrical engineering, driving both new built and modernizations for power generation solutions and other renewables to decarbonization plants.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure flawless project execution.
• Ensure the technical and financial success of projects, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of experience exchange within the project management team and across relevant units.
• Lead an interdisciplinary, intercultural project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and solutions.

What You Bring

• Must hold a university degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field, complemented by relevant industry experience.
• Longstanding experience in technical and project management on the offshore wind and/or substation business.
• Bring a wealth of professional experience in engineering or commissioning electrical power systems, with a strong foundation in project management.
• Project management certification (e.g., PM@Siemens or IPMA) is a valuable asset.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a strong team spirit, along with initiative, result orientation, decisiveness, and excellent organizational abilities.
