A Snapshot of Your Day
As a TA Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team by assisting with various operational tasks, data analysis, and presentation preparation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations while contributing to our mission of attracting top talent.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the recruitment process by providing a range of administrative functions such as managing candidate databases, coordinating with hiring managers, and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and graphs to summarize recruitment data and insights.
- Screen and evaluate applications to identify top candidates, and work with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure effective communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Plan and execute various university career fair events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent from universities.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by providing administrative assistance such as maintaining recruitment records and data analysis and taking on ad hoc projects as required.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to a positive candidate experience.
