A Snapshot of Your Day
•You will manage all commercial and financial aspects of the sales and bid process, including preparing and negotiating terms for large-scale and long-term projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Pre-acquisition and project-acquisition
Provide information supporting Go/No Go decision: creditworthiness-check, support first risk-assessment, evaluate contractual structure and/or business model with internal and external experts, clarification with legal and/or tax consultant if necessary and preparation of approval procedures.
- Bid-preparation
Support detailed risk assessment, project risk report;
Contribute to and validate project calculation, project cash flow planning;
Prepare commercial LoA, commercial deviation list;
Customer credit check if necessary;
Conduct commercial related offer documents, e.g. PoA, Bank Guarantee, company statement, etc.;
Support to get LoA completion (LoA Offer Release).
- Contract negotiation
Support in negotiation process: undertake the negotiation for terms and conditions to achieve double-win solution;
Support to final compliance, ECC approval checks, re-LoA or delta-LoA if necessary
- Project handover
Ensure transfer of project data and documents to CPM in time: terms & conditions, calculation, commercial risk, etc.
What You Bring
- 3-5 working experience focused on Commercial (Sales-phase). Experience in Siemens or similar foreign companies are given priority consideration.
- Negotiation ability: Being able to negotiate and execute independently the terms, conditions, costs and other specifications of a contract while making sure they comply with legal and company's requirements
- Analytical ability : Ability and awareness to analyze and translate customer‘s needs, technical solution, risks and opportunities into a balanced Sales Calculation and related offer/tender documents and processes
- Legal Capability: Understanding when and under what conditions a contract comes into being and what needs to be regulated when a contract is concluded makes a decisive contribution to the success of a business
- Financial knowledge :Basic Financial and Accounting principle, Basic International Trading knowledge
- Language : Good command of English speaking.
- Stress and time management:Capable of handling urgent bidding tasks within a limited time frame
- Have a high sense of cooperation and a sense of ownership
