Your day will start by partnering with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure that suppliers and contractors are qualified and that risks are identified early—before they impact offshore execution. You will secure quality assurance across the full lifecycle, from supplier qualification and design review to manufacturing, FAT, and site activities. Your work will ensure that the services provided and equipment delivered to offshore projects meet the required quality, safety, and compliance standards while supporting continuous improvement of supplier performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Execute supplier and contractor qualification and quality assurance processes for offshore equipment projects.
• Ensure supplier qualification status and documentation are accurate and up to date in procurement and quality systems.
• Perform audits (system, process, product) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and SGRE supplier qualification requirements, including verification of certification and compliance.
• Assess and follow up on welding and NDT activities at suppliers, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and qualification requirements (e.g., WPS/WPQR, welder qualifications, NDT certifications).
• Drive execution of APQP activities for critical equipment, including follow-up on PPAP deliverables and manufacturing readiness.
• Support identification, escalation, and resolution of supplier-related non-conformities (NCRs), ensuring robust root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance and contribute to risk identification and mitigation across suppliers, products, and processes.
What You Bring
• Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or project quality within industrial or offshore environments.
• Proven experience with supplier qualification, audits, and supplier assurance processes.
• Solid knowledge of APQP methodologies, including PPAP, and structured quality tools (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and their application in supplier environments.
• Experience working in cross-functional, project-driven environments.
• Business-level English proficiency and willingness to travel internationally for supplier audits, FATs, and inspections.
About the Team
You will be part of the Offshore Quality Management, Equipment and Contractors organization. The team works across the full project lifecycle, from early design and supplier selection through manufacturing, offshore execution, and service.
