Responsible for supplier development activities, responsible for supplier development since the quality point of view, helping to make sure Supplier has a Quality Management System robust enough to guaranty consistency on the quality of the products they supply to Siemens-Energy. Responsible for New Supplier Development, responsible to execute PSA (Potential Supplier Audits), responsible for FAI (First Article Inspection) similar to PPAP & SPPQ (Supplier Product & Process Qualification) similar to PPAP, revision and disposition, responsible to participate at sourcing committees, responsible to collaborate with other Siemens-Energy areas to develop, review, validate and approve new process on a known suppliers during the development face, SDE is the responsible to provide immediate answer to production team in case a row material nonconformance, supplier cost recovery, support to give disposition to material at quarantine, responsible for supplier audits, 8D´s verification & confirmation support to closed out on a timely manner supplier NCR, during development face, responsible to make sure QAA are agreed and signed off for critical suppliers during

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Office qualified.
• Core tools qualified (PFD, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, APQP, SPC, MSA)
• Auditor qualified (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• Problem Solving qualified
• Experience in supplier audits
• English fluent
• Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, industrial or Mechatronic)
• SAP qualified

• Fully orientated on objectives
• Strong supplier development skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong skills to learn on the fly
• High technical qualified skills
• Strong solving problem skills and experience
• Easy adaptable to work under pressure.
• Ease of communication with different cultures and Inter-departmental relations
• High Sense of urgency.
• Fully oriented on Customer Satisfaction
• Experience at alloy foundry and machining process, sheet metal, stamping, plating (Zinc, silver, ecoat)
• Is required to have a USA Visa & Passport

We are Siemens-Energy, circuit breaker division, we are located at El Marques Queretaro.

As SDE- you will be part of the team Quality team responsible to provide support to supplier development to provide assembly line the high’s quality standards, and as part of supplier quality we are the responsible to support assembly line in case a raw material quality issue, we are communication channel between production line and supplier.
