Resident mechanical engineer where he will be responsible for planning maintenance and conducting cause analysis. Support engineering team regarding field survey and implementation of resolutions. Plan maintenance outages, considering tools, labor and other vital resources. Vital dialogue with various suppliers and internal departments at a global level. Act as a facilitator between the Services, Engineering and End Customer departments. It is a requirement of the vacancy to live in Angra dos Reis / RJ. or willing to move.

Your responsibilities

• Mechanical Engineer from an accredited university or college.
• Ground-breaking and Strategic problem solver
• Takes the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
• Solid understanding of Combine Cycle Power Plant, GEN, ST, GT, HRSG and BOP
• Strong leadership experience in maintenance planning and root cause analysis.
• Strong business & technical competence. A strong curiosity about business development, aspects is a crucial component to be successful in this role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influential skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment; with diverse, global and multi-functional teams.
• Proficient in English

• 15 years of proven track record in Combine Cycle and your components, HRSG, instrumentation systems, maintenance management tools.
• Recognized as an ambitious leader with strong technical skills
• High credibility (both Technical, business development & leadership)
• Daring, multitasking go-getter, able to thrive in the fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer-focused in defining the best solutions to meet customer request
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; improvement with the ability of finding think out of the box solutions.
