Join Siemens Energy as a Working Student in the Tower Operational Excellence team, where you will support the implementation of digital enhancements within the Manufacturing Support function. This role is designed to accelerate the team’s efforts by providing dedicated support, allowing the core team to focus on new strategic expectations. You will engage in two primary areas: Data Management & Reporting and Project & Stakeholder Support, contributing to the overall operational excellence initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Data Management & Reporting (60%)
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to track progress on digital enhancement projects.
- Collect, clean, and manage data from various operational sources to ensure accuracy for analysis and reporting.
- Support the team with ad-hoc data analysis and the creation of visualizations to aid decision-making processes.
- Assist in documenting data processes and reporting standards for the department.
- Project & Stakeholder Support (40%)
- Assist in communicating with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on project activities.
- Support the preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, and other documentation for project reviews.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing Operational Excellence initiatives and workshops.
- Help maintain project tracking tools and follow up on action items.
What You Bring
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Technology-Based Business Development, or a similar field. You possess strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in data management and reporting tools. A proactive attitude is essential to effectively support the team’s objectives in a dynamic environment.
