A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our Documentation Management team to support on digitalisation and automation initiatives. This part-time position offers flexible working hours to accommodate your studies while allowing you to gain hands-on experience in transforming manual documentation processes into efficient, digitized workflows.


How You’ll Make an Impact


Automation & Tool Development 

  • Identify and analyze recurring documentation checks across projects to translate them into automatable rules.
  • Develop solutions for data extraction and comparison between documentation packages (e.g., PDFs, Excel) and structured data sources like SAP exports.

  • Prototype and implement rule-based and AI-assisted validation logic to improve documentation quality and consistency.

Process Improvement & Support 

  • Validate and test developed automation solutions in close collaboration with the documentation team to ensure they meet project needs.
  • Prototype and improve end-to-end digital workflows that replace manual, repetitive documentation tasks.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new tools by creating user guidance, providing technical documentation, and sharing knowledge within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement of automation tools.


What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Software Engineering, Data Science, Digitalization, Business, or a similar technical field.
  • Demonstrated skills working with data driven decision making (e.g., through academic or personal projects) is highly valued; no formal work experience required.
  • Strong interest in process automation, applied AI, and data analysis.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to challenge existing processes.
