You are envisioning our company of the future. You gather the insights required to facilitate the board decisions on essential corporate strategy, portfolio and technology questions. You actively shape the success of the company today by working on crucial strategy program assignments. You share your ideas on what strategic questions the company needs to answer throughout the year. These topics will typically be at the core of the agenda of Siemens Energy’s CEO and Executive Board.

You will be located in Berlin (DE).

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Drive strategic projects across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact
  • Develop compelling concepts for the senior management on where to take the company
  • Prepare a yearly program to engage with the board on the future of the industry
  • Quantify progress on crucial transformation initiatives deriving corrective actions
  • Build a strong network towards industry experts within and outside the company
What You Bring
  • Possession of an outstanding university degree in engineering, natural sciences, or business administration (Master, MBA, or PhD)
  • Over 2 years of professional experience in strategy projects within a top-tier consulting firm or a reputable energy company
  • Proven analytical expertise leading to impactful solutions
  • Strong passion for both technological and societal aspects of energy transformation
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse teams on complex projects in dynamic environments
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively with excellent communication skills in English
