A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a Stores Supervisor to join our Service team at our Service Base Facility in Lemmer and part-time in Breezanddijk. As a Warehouse Manager you will supporting your team of stock keepers and will be responsible for managing the warehouse with the aim to support an efficient and effective workflow on site to do service.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • You will report to the Operations and Sites managers.
  • You are responsible for in- and ongoing parts and will be identifying and taking care of
    improvement points.
  • You will coordinate, check and advice about the site needs/demands as well as defining the technical scope (supplier contact) of needs/demands.
  • You keep track of the order placed, check new deliveries.
  • You are responsible for the (re)certification of all tools, lifting equipment and PPE.
  • You are responsible for the stock/store management is ensuring the systems is up to date and minimal stock levels are defined based on availability and order/delivery timeframe.
  • You make sure goods return are in place and in needed costs can be (re)claimed.
  • You must ensure compliance with HSE standards according to SGRE and local requirements and must ensure the Zero Harm policy is also applied within the warehouse.

Zero Harm is a SGRE initiative/program that is based on three principles:

  • A goal of zero incidents is achievable,
  • We are responsible for our own health and safety,
  • We are obliged to intervene if another’s health or safety is at risk.

What You Bring
  • The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP
  • Zero Harm policy within the warehouse.
  • Material tracker and purchase order overview always up to date.
  • Ensure quality, timely inspection and calibration of tools and PPE (including correct registration of certificates)
  • Flexible team player with a proactive hands-on mentality that can work independently and set his priorities on his tasks
  • Experience with operation management systems (SAP) is a must.
  • Experience in a technical warehouse is a big plus.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Available 40 hours per and some flexibility can be discussed (5d x 8h or 4d x 10h)
