As the Site Manager, you will have the overall responsible for overseeing the execution of grid technology projects on-site, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The Site Manager plays a critical role in the successful delivery of grid solutions that support the modernization and reliability of energy infrastructure.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of grid technology projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate all on-site activities, including the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and Siemens Energy personnel.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and Siemens Energy safety policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
• Manage site resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and compliance records.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in site management or project management within the energy sector, preferably in grid technologies.
• Strong understanding of grid technology solutions, project management principles, and safety regulations.
• Proven team management skills with ability to motivate and guide on-site teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management in handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet project deadlines.
