Snapshot of Your Day
As Site Administration & Commercial Support in the Port Management team at the Port of Esbjerg, you will play a central role in enabling Marine & Logistics and Real Estate operations. You will combine financial management skills with administrative support, a strong safety and ESG mindset, and advanced system expertise. This role ensures that financial processes, compliance, and reporting run smoothly, enabling the team to deliver on operational, commercial, and sustainability commitments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide financial, administrative, and commercial support across the Port Management team.
  • Manage SAP workflows: PR/PO creation, vendor handling, invoice control, and Concur expense management.
  • Ensure accurate budget tracking, reporting, and ESG-linked documentation for port activities.
  • Handle Ariba and Fieldglass processes, including vendor onboarding and contingent workforce coordination.
  • Prepare documentation for audits, compliance checks, and contractual obligations.
  • Organize meetings, travel, visas, and accommodation for team members and visitors.
  • Support Real Estate-related administration, such as signage, property presentation, and supplier coordination.
  • Build advanced Excel-based reports and dashboards for financial and operational performance.
  • Act as a driver and enabler for efficient workflows, helping colleagues focus on execution.
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset and integrate safety and ESG principles into daily administration.

What You Bring

  • An AP Graduate in Financial Management (Finansøkonom) or similar relevant education in finance/administration.
  • Proven expertise with SAP (Finance, Procurement & Concur), including deep knowledge of PR/PO processes.
  • Strong user experience in Ariba and Fieldglass for procurement and workforce management.
  • Experience with Enablon (EHS & Compliance) and ESG reporting, ensuring safety and sustainability integration.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data models, and KPI dashboards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; structured, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Danish and English.
  • A safety-first mindset and the ability to act as an enabler and driver, supporting Marine & Logistics and Real Estate with structured, value-adding administration.
