Over de functie
Your day involves overseeing and controlling plant operations, continuously monitoring equipment performance, and promptly responding to alarms to ensure smooth functionality. You’ll execute start-up and shutdown procedures, manage emergency situations, and utilize advanced systems like WebBFS to maintain efficient and effective plant operations.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Continuously monitor and control all plant equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to alarms by taking appropriate and timely actions.
- Perform plant start-up and shutdown procedures within the designated timeframe.
- Adhere to processes and procedures to optimize plant performance, including the use of technical documentation and drawings.
- Effectively manage and respond to emergency situations as they arise.
- Utilize the WebBFS computerized Plant Management System for shift logs, fault notifications, work orders, work plans, and parts requisitions.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, power Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in combined cycle power plant maintenance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of power plant equipment with the ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
