A Snapshot of Your Day

The Service Program Manager is responsible for implementing and managing process improvement initiatives, as well as selecting and optimizing tools that enhance service delivery efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence and improve service performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop, implement, and oversee service process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current service processes and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze, map, and refine workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process changes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement tools and technologies to support process improvement efforts.
  • Partner with service teams, operations, and other departments to understand challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate service performance and identify areas for improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, service operations, or process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Experience implementing and managing service-related tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or a related field.
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow.
