A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is a replacement to ensure business continuity for the European Talent Acquisition team, which is currently managing high hiring volumes with limited resources. Adding a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Portugal is critical to stabilizing the team, improving regional hiring efficiency, and supporting the aggressive ramp-up of technical roles. To address these challenges, the role is structured around three core areas: full-cycle recruitment execution to manage the high volume of open positions, strategic sourcing and talent pipelining to attract candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles, and stakeholder management to ensure alignment with business needs and maintain service quality. Given the focus on independent delivery and complex hiring, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in end-to-end technical recruiting, strong stakeholder advising skills, and a proven ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced, international environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of roles across the Europe region, from intake to offer
  • Assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit by conducting comprehensive screening calls and video interviews
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote Siemens Energy as an employer of choice in the market as well as ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the business, providing market insights, recruitment trends, and recommendations to influence hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition community to share knowledge, best practices, and support regional initiatives
  • Proactively identify, source, and engage passive candidates for technical and hard-to-fill roles using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and professional networks
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical skill areas to meet future hiring demands as well as analyze market data and competitor intelligence to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring effectiveness
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition professional in a fast-paced, in-house, agency, or RPO environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing full-cycle recruitment for technical or IT roles is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and handle difficult recruitment challenges.
  • Experienced in Human Resources Management, like Full-Cycle Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, Talent Pipelining, Recruitment Planning, Behavioral Interviewing as well as Applicant Tracking Systems and Employer Branding
  • Leadership and Social Influence skills, like Relationship Building, Influencing Skills as well as Negotiation and Advising skills
  • Cognitive skills like Analytical Skills and Resourcefulness
