A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Senior Risk Manager in the Gas Services’ Product Integrity team, where your expertise will drive our strategic risk management initiatives. Imagine leading efforts to ensure business continuity and operational excellence by managing supplier risks and spearheading risk mitigation during factory ramp-ups. Your day will be filled with developing strategic frameworks, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement robust risk mitigation plans. This role is pivotal in supporting our organization’s growth and stability, making you a key player in our mission to maintain quality compliance and continuous improvement.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks for managing supplier-related risks, ensuring supply chain resilience.
  • Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to mitigate high-risk supplier issues.
  • Facilitate FMEA workshops for new manufacturing processes, addressing potential risks proactively.
  • Monitor operational risk indicators during factory ramp-ups, driving corrective actions to meet production targets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage the CAPA process for critical risks in supply chain and factory operations.


What You Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • You have over 5 years of experience in risk management or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or supplier management.
  • You excel in working independently, managing complex processes, and leading problem-solving initiatives.
  • You possess strong skills in risk management, quality control, or regulatory compliance.
  • You are adept at root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.
  • Proficient English skills. Hungarian or German is a plus.
