How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support project execution strategies, including resource planning and risk management, to align with business unit goals.
• Establish and maintain project activities to meet time, cost, and quality targets, supporting business unit KPIs.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout project execution, sharing lessons learned across the organization.
• Analyze scope of supply and customer contract agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Define internal indicators for project control and systematically share relevant project information with all stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Nearly 10 years of experience in turn-key EPC contracts, with roles such as Site or Commissioning Engineer/Manager, or Project Manager, and knowledge of high voltage substations (AIS & GIS) and FACTS.
• You bring knowledge of contract law, commercial and quality topics, and Environmental Health and Safety standards (D.Lgs 81/08) for construction sites.
• You are fluent in English and Italian.
• You are available for national and international business trips (up to 25% during project execution).
• Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, etc.) is a plus.
