A Snapshot of Your Day
If you are a dynamic Program Manager with a passion for HR transformation and IT project management, we invite you to apply and join our Global HR Solutions team in shaping the future of HR operations at Siemens Energy. In this role, you will be coordinating the HR Transformation program (Neo+) which aims to implement an enhanced Service and IT landscape for HR Operations of Siemens Energy globally, independent of the current HR BPO provider and their IT tools.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Oversee all IT aspects of the implementation program, collaborating with project managers and the Business Program Manager.
- Manage dependencies and stakeholder relationships across the company, external implementation providers, software vendors, and internal HR and IT departments.
- Develop and tailor project timelines, create IT work packages, and coordinate project plans with all relevant parties.
- Execute standard project management disciplines, including work plan management, risk assessment, budget oversight, testing, and cutover activities.
- Contract and manage third-party collaborations for project execution while ensuring adherence to Siemens Energy’s tailored, PMI-based IT project methodology.
- Prepare for and participate in Steering Committee meetings, providing regular project status updates and managing dependencies with other projects and programs.
What You Bring
- Completed university degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive longlasting experience in HR IT landscapes and BPO transformation. - Proven track record in delivering complex programs and projects.
- Full business proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
