- Lead Global HR M&A Projects End‑to‑End: Take ownership of the HR workstream across global M&A initiatives including due diligence, org design, workforce transitions, process integration, and people‑related risk mitigation
- Own & Evolve the Global HR M&A Framework: Develop, refine, and govern HR M&A standards, playbooks, and operating models to ensure consistency, transparency, and high‑quality execution across the organization
- Advise Senior Leaders on M&A Strategy & Implications: Serve as the strategic HR advisor on deal feasibility, workforce impacts, synergies, organizational risks, and communication requirements, influencing decision‑making at senior levels
- Drive HR Excellence across Governance, Processes & Analytics: Contribute to broader HR Excellence work (e.g., HR governance, global process standards, KPI governance, operating mechanisms, simplification, and harmonization)
- Manage major global strategic HR projects and programs
- Proven Experience in M&A: Several years of hands‑on experience leading HR workstreams in global M&A projects. Ability to navigate deal complexity and deliver under tight timelines
- Extensive experience in HR strategy, consulting, transformation, or large-scale program or project leadership
- Expertise in HR governance, operating models, and enterprise process design
- Excellent influencing skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Master’s in Business Administration, HR Management, Organizational Development, or a comparable field
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
