In this role, you will engage in developing and optimizing high-performance web applications using technologies like React.js, Angular.js, or Next.js, contributing to impactful projects that enhance user experience and support Siemens Energy’s mission of sustainable energy solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, Angular.js, or Next.js.
  • Contribute to product planning and provide insights to improve user experience and application performance.
  • Work with GraphQL and REST APIs to integrate frontend applications with backend services.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through standard processes and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging frontend technologies.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of proven experience after BE, B Tech in frontend development, building and deploying modern web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Angular.js, or Next.js etc.
  • Experience with React Native is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of GraphQL and REST API integration.
  • Experience in performance optimization and frontend architecture design.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API.
  • Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Vite.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency with node, npm and other developer tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with Product owner teams and collaborators.
