A Snapshot of Your Day

You’ll support the Sales East, South, and Central regions by keeping sales operations running smoothly, ensuring high-quality data in CRM tools, and enabling cross‑country collaboration. Your day involves organizing sales activities, preparing reports, maintaining accurate pipeline data, and assisting sales leaders so they can focus on customer engagement. You’ll work independently, solve operational challenges, and contribute to sales effectiveness in a collaborative, international environment


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Maintain high-quality CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) through regular audits, updates, and checks.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports covering trends, customer activity, and key performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to support sales excellence initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, internal process guidance, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in cross‑country collaboration and operational activities, supporting regional Sales Heads with organizational tasks.
  • Train sales staff on CRM/reporting tools and support continuous process improvement.
  • Provide bid and proposal support by organizing documentation, coordinating inputs, and maintaining templates.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a similar support role.
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create clear, meaningful reports.
  • Strong process orientation and familiarity with sales workflows and customer support activities.
  • Proactive, accountable, and able to troubleshoot routine operational challenges.
  • Very good English; additional European languages are a plus.
