A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our journey as a Sales Manager in the Modernization & Upgrades team, where you’ll take on global responsibility for selling medium size Gas Turbine M&U products.
Imagine collaborating with regional entities and engaging directly with end customers, while your strategic insights help shape tailored sales strategies alongside Regional Product Development Managers. You’ll travel internationally for up to 60 days a year, immersing yourself in diverse markets and taking full ownership of the sales process from prospect development to project handover.
Your expertise will be key in delivering technically accurate and commercially compliant proposals, driving us toward our ambitious annual targets. Step into a role where your actions directly support our mission for innovation and energy transformation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead all nominated sales activities from Lead Management through to Project Handover
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, coordinating with commercial sales manager, application Engineer, and other teams to deliver accurate and compliant proposals that support our financial year Key Performance targets
- Ensure Sales and Tendering processes align with PM@Siemens methodology and Siemens Energy guidelines, maintaining compliance and ethical standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively, providing clear direction across teams
- Travel globally for up to 60 days each year to engage with customers and partners
What You Bring
- Solid technical understanding of Medium Size Gas Turbines (SGT-500 – SGT-800 knowledge is a plus but not a requirement)
- Confident communicator in English with a degree or 3–5 years’ experience in International Oil & Gas or Power Generation.
- Cultural awareness and experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Efficient communication skills, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence collaboration
- Proven experience in sales, contract negotiation, commercial management, and finance preferably within an international Oil & Gas or Power Generation environment

About the Team
Our Modernization & Upgrades Sales team is dedicated to driving innovation and growth in the energy sector.
You will be joining in a diverse team of 12 motivated and supportive colleagues, with positive and caring attitude, who are aiming to solve customers’ issues in an innovative way.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
