Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Business Development professional focused on the Europe region, specifically in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Europe region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain, staying ahead in the market.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a multinational environment in the Europe region.
- Proven track record in reciprocating compressor business development and sales, achieving revenue targets in diverse markets.
- Experience working with multinational peers and in diverse cultural environments, demonstrating strong intercultural communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Proficiency in German and Spanish is an additional advantage.

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 59.015,46 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
