Realize Distribution Transformer sales target in the target region. Like channel sales, project sales etc.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work together with relevant stakeholders in project pre-requisition phase/feasibility study phase to influence customer towards Siemens energy solutions. 在项目立项前期及可行性研究阶段,与相关利益方紧密协作,引导客户优先选择西门子能源解决方案。
- Define Bid/Win Strategy together, including market situation, Customer’s value orientation and preference, Competition Analysis, target price/efficiency, etc. 共同制定投标及赢单策略,包括市场分析、客户需求与价值偏好分析、竞争对手分析,以及目标价格和盈利水平的制定等。
- Establish the most suitable and competitive technical solution based on bid/win strategy, including but not limited to selecting the right type of equipment, scope of supply and optimized components; Responsible for the technical clarification and negotiation with customer. 基于赢单策略制定最具竞争力且符合客户需求的技术方案,包括设备选型、供货范围确定及关键部件优化等;同时负责与客户进行技术澄清和技术交流谈判。
- Coordinate with offer team to prepare the tender document within customer requested time period; Go through internal process for GO/NO GO, BID/NO BID, T-LOA, etc. 协调报价团队在客户要求的时间内完成投标文件准备工作,并推动完成内部GO/NO GO、BID/NO BID、T-LOA等审批流程。
- Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to OM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success. 支持商务谈判工作,完成合同向订单管理团队(OM)的移交,并根据项目需要进行协调和调整,确保项目顺利执行。
- Establish and maintain the partnership with Design Institutes, Distributor, EPC contractors, supporting them from technical side. Channel performance review machanism setup. 建立并维护与设计院、经销商及EPC总包单位的合作伙伴关系,提供技术支持,并建立渠道绩效评估机制。
- Update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments; Support localization plan as well as other company strategies. 持续收集和反馈市场动态及客户需求趋势,为相关产品开发提供输入,同时支持本地化战略及公司其他业务战略的实施。
- Fullfill the sales target and excel the expectation. 达成并超越销售目标,实现卓越的业务业绩。
What You Bring
- >5 years in related experience in the Power Industry. 5年以上电力行业相关工作经验。
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience related to Sales and Tendering. Experience in Transformer Sales is a plus. 至少2年以上销售及投标相关经验,具备变压器产品销售经验者优先。
- Bachelor degree and above. 本科及以上学历。
- Major in Engineering, Automation and etc. 工程、电气、自动化等相关专业背景
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite. 熟练使用CRM系统(如Salesforce)及Microsoft Office办公软件。
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to develop and keep long term relationship with customers. 具备良好的人际沟通能力,能够建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系。
