Responsible for the design, implementation, and project management of compressor performance testing systems. Possesses sound knowledge of international standards such as API 617, ASME PTC 10, and ISO 5167, with expertise in piping, instrumentation, and control system design. Capable of developing test procedures, executing performance tests, analyzing test data, and preparing comprehensive test reports, together with German headquarter.  Proficient in engineering design software including AutoCAD, Inventor, and NX. Ensures successful project execution through cross-functional collaboration while maintaining full compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

•Maintain a thorough understanding and application of international testing standards, including API 617, ASME PTC 10, and ISO 5167. 熟悉国际测试标准API617、ASME PTC10、ISO5167等。

•Utilize engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and NX to support test design and documentation. 熟练运用Auto Desk CAD/ Inventor/ NX等工程设计软件开展试验设计及文件编制工作。

•Apply relevant ASME and HG/T piping design standards to perform calculations and design of test piping systems. 熟悉管路设计规范ASME及HG/T，完成试验管路计算及设计。

•Understand compressor instrumentation and control logic, and perform calculations and design of test instrumentation systems. 了解压缩机仪表控制逻辑，完成试验仪表计算及设计。

•Understand compressor performance testing processes and independently prepare test procedures and execute test operations. 了解压缩机测试流程，完成试验大纲的编写及测试流程操作。

•Collect, analyze, and consolidate test data, and prepare technical test reports. 汇总测试数据并编制测试报告。

•Collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Order Management, Assembly & Piping, Logistics, Quality, and Project Management, to ensure successful project execution. 与相关部门完成沟通，工程、工艺、采购、订单管理、组装及管路、物流、质量、PM。

•Promote and comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and standards in daily work activities. 关注环境、健康与安全（EHS）要求。

What You Bring

•Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 

•Knowledge of compressor, steam turbine, or rotating equipment technologies. 具备压缩机、汽轮机或其他旋转机械相关专业知识。 

•Fluent English communication and technical documentation skills. 熟练的英语沟通及技术文件编写能力。 

•Strong safety, quality, and customer-focused mindset. 具备较强的安全意识、质量意识和客户导向思维。 

•Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment. 具备良好的跨部门协作能力，能够适应国际化工作环境。
