Prepare routing card for repair, parts, M&U business base on technical proposal, material No creation and release, work with huludao workshop, OM, quotation, SCM, CPM, Suppliers via SCM..

• Contract and technical appendix review after contract received.
• Material no. management to identify whether need to create new one.
• Material no release timely work with QA, BA, DO, SCM.
• Visual check for all incoming goods.
• Check technical doc, prepare routing card and design drawing.
• Assign daily work to shop floor
• Fixture preparation according to repair or M&U work need.
• Responsible technical clarification with supplier during outsourcing.
• Technical communication and clarification with technical expert (local and PCC) in case of different from technical proposal
• Participate technical clarification meeting with customer
• Develop and maintain historical project execution database.
• Continuous development and improvement own area of responsibility to improve service repair work

What You Bring

• Bachelor degree and above, Major in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good English skill, reading, writing and speaking
• >5 years in related experience in compressor and turbine business
• Knowing well on compressor manufacturing including single shaft, gear type and recip compressor.
• Familiar with parts machining equipment such as lathe, drilling, milling, boring and grinding, especially advanced machines.
• Familiar with product assembly and machining routing step, very experienced on repair work.
• Familiar with more measuring mothed
