How You’ll Make an Impact

- 参与燃气轮机高温合金叶片特种工艺（激光打孔、电火花打孔、酸洗去涂层、激光熔覆修复）的工艺开发、参数验证、工艺固化及作业指导书编制

- 负责生产现场工艺异常处理、缺陷分析、根因排查，持续提升良率与过程稳定性

- 跟进新品工艺导入、试制验证及特殊过程确认，完善工艺技术档案

- 推进工艺优化、降本增效及新工艺落地

- 对接质量、生产及总部技术团队，完成跨部门协作项目

- 完成上级安排的其他工作

What You Bring

- 本科及以上学历，机械工程，材料、冶金、表面工程等相关专业

- 拥有燃气轮机/航空发动机高温合金叶片特种工艺相关工作经验优先考虑,应届生也可以考虑

- 具备问题分析、文件编制能力

- 良好的英文读写能力
