How You’ll Make an Impact

•负责关键生产设备的日常维护与故障排除，包括：

- Grinding machines (ELB, MAEGRLE)

- Machining centers (Heller)

- Laser drilling machines (DMG MORI)

- Coating equipment (Oerlikon, GTV)

- Vacuum furnaces (SCHMETZ)

•制定并执行预防性维护计划（PM)，保障设备稳定运行;Develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) plans

•快速响应设备故障，进行根因分析并推动改进;Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis

•参与设备升级、改造及可靠性提升项目;Support equipment upgrades and reliability improvement initiatives

•与生产、工艺团队紧密协作，提升产线效率;Collaborate cross-functionally to improve line efficiency

What You Bring

•本科及以上，机械、电气自动化或相关专业;Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related field

•3年以上制造业设备维修及预防性维护经验;Minimum 3 years of maintenance and preventive maintenance experience in manufacturing

•熟悉CNC、机加工设备、电气控制、液压/气动系统 ; Familiar with CNC systems, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

•有磨床，加工中心，激光设备，喷涂系统，真空炉等设备维修及保养经验者优先考虑；Experience with below equipments are preferred: Grinding machines, Machining centers, Laser machines, Coating equipment, Vacuum furnaces

•能独立阅读英文设备资料；Ability to read English technical documentation independently

•强动手能力 & 现场问题解决能力;Strong Hands-on and problem-solving mindset

•航空航天/高端制造行业经验者优选；Aerospace or high-end manufacturing working experience are preferred
