How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will play a crucial role in the operation of the Power Plant from the observation post, ensuring our team adheres to internal regulations and operational manuals. By following the mentorship of the Operations Manager and the Shift Charge Engineer (SCE), you will give to maintaining the quality specifications and environmental standards set forth in our client’s operating license.
- Your proactive approach will involve conducting regular shift rounds and preparing insightful reports for your supervisor. You will also take the initiative to perform periodic tests of operational programs, such as fire-fighting systems and the Emergency Diesel Generator, ensuring we are always prepared for any situation.
- You will actively lead the reception and unloading of raw materials crucial for the detailed operation of the Power Plant, while also adopting your responsibilities as outlined in the Emergency Plan for the facility.
What You Bring
- With Advanced Technician Certificate or a University Diploma or equivalent experience in Technology in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Chemistry, you bring valuable experience in operation or maintenance within a power plant or industrial production unit.
- With strong communication skills and genuine dedication to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) will develop a collaborative and safe work environment. You have a knack for making constructive suggestions and demonstrating initiative, which will positively influence our operations.
- Ideally, you possess skills in first aid and firefighting, further improving the safety culture in our workplace.
- Your proficiency in both French and English will enable you to engage optimally with a wide range of colleagues and team members, promoting clear communication and strong partnership.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
