A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Talent Acquisition Leader to partner closely with TA Business Partners and senior stakeholders to proactively secure top talent aligned with regional hiring plans. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring hiring delivery is strategic, efficient, and aligned with growth objectives.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Grid Technologies, you will take full accountability for TA strategy and delivery within your region and serve as the key contact for all Grid Technologies growth initiatives. You will drive performance, elevate hiring outcomes, and lead the development of a high-performing team of TA professionals.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration with the TA Centre of Competence to align on talent attraction strategies, sourcing excellence, reporting, and capability development—ensuring global standards are effectively translated into regional impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to diverse, high-performing recruiting teams across multiple countries, elevating them as trusted talent advisors to the business.
- Lead the execution of Talent Acquisition strategy, aligning global standards with regional implementation to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
- Contribute actively to the Global HR & TA community by sharing best practices and driving standardization to continuously strengthen the function.
- Apply deep labor market intelligence, competitor insights, and recruiting trends to proactively shape workforce and hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, conducting regular reviews to anticipate hiring needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion TA transformation initiatives, leading management efforts and embedding innovative tools, processes, and technologies.
- Optimize multi-country hiring delivery by balancing in-house capabilities with RPO partnerships, leveraging data insights to enhance performance and employer brand positioning.
What You Bring
- Over 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, with expertise in full-cycle recruiting and strategic workforce planning.
- Demonstrated success in delivering senior and leadership-level hiring solutions across diverse markets and business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, building trusted partnerships across business leaders, candidates, recruiters, and HR communities.
- A forward-thinking leadership approach, introducing innovative and practical solutions to complex recruitment challenges.
- A data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics and insights to guide strategy, improve performance, and inform decision-making.
- Proven change leadership capability, embracing transformation and integrating emerging technologies and best practices into TA operations.
- An engaging and empowering communicator who motivates teams, drives collaboration, and represents the organization credibly in the talent market.
