As a Project Manager you will drive high-impact digital and AI initiatives that help Siemens Energy turn data into better decisions and measurable business value. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, data experts, digitalization & AI teams, and external partners to move ideas from use case definition to delivery, adoption, and value realization.

Your day may include aligning priorities with senior stakeholders, structuring project roadmaps, managing risks and dependencies, preparing decision materials, and ensuring that digital and AI-enabled solutions are developed responsibly, with the right data foundation, governance, and business ownership. The role sits at the intersection of business transformation, technology delivery, and change management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Management of digital and AI transformation projects from initial scoping through implementation, adoption, and value tracking.
• Coordination of cross-functional project teams across business, IT, data, AI, governance, and external partner organizations.
• Translation of business challenges into actionable use cases, including requirements, success criteria, business value, risks, and implementation roadmap.
• Steering of project execution, budget, timeline, risks, and stakeholder expectations with clear reporting for management and decision boards.
• Enablement of scalable digital and AI solutions by ensuring alignment with data readiness, process ownership, responsible digital and AI principles, and Siemens Energy governance requirements.
• Support of change and adoption activities so that delivered solutions are embedded into day-to-day business workflows and generate measurable impact.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Seeking a proactive, driven, and self-motivated individual who is willing to work in the digital business processes area within the energy industry on internal projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise ERP, PLM, CRM systems and AI use cases and automation tooling will help you succeed.

• Experience in project or program management, ideally in digital transformation, AI, data, automation, business process improvement, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between business needs and technical delivery teams.
• Good understanding of digital solution delivery, AI, data and analytics, including the importance of data quality, governance, user adoption, and business value realization.
• Proven ability to structure complex topics, manage dependencies, prepare executive-ready decision materials, and drive progress across organizational boundaries.
• Project management qualification or agile delivery experience such as PMP, IPMA, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable practical experience is a plus.
• Fluent English language skills and the ability to work in an international, collaborative environment; German language skills are a plus depending on location.

About the Team

• This role will support the Digital Business Process Transformation department in our Gas Services Central division which is responsible for the manufacturing, execution and service lifecycle management of large power generation equipment for Siemens Energy.
• Our global and diverse team comprises of many senior industry experts who are skilled at driving digital projects and working with our execution groups on their internal business processes. This includes the use of advanced digital tools including AI to simplify our complex processes.
