How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new business opportunities, define business requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes within project cost and schedule.
• Maintain good customer relations for smooth contract implementation
• Ensure compliance of corporate and statutory requirement
• Maintain good environment, health, safety performance during project implementation
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with Chartered Engineer in Electrical Engineering, Project Management or related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of high voltage project management experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, preferred in power industry or public utilities
• Chartered membership of HKIE / IET or equivalent.
• Excellent skills in leadership, team management, administration and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong communication skills and customer relationship management, including market, competition, strategy, business processes, and decision-makers knowledge
• Commercial and contractual understanding to successfully interact with customers, management / colleagues and external stakeholders would be an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Well-versed in MS Office, software programming and AutoCAD applications
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
