Join Siemens Energy as a Project Manager for Order Execution Iberia and lead customer projects from start to finish. You’ll drive a high-performing team, manage contract negotiations, and proactively address risks to ensure every milestone is achieved on time and within budget. You’ll work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal partners, turning challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth. Your leadership will shape project outcomes, support your team’s development, and play a key role in advancing the energy transition across Iberia. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the execution of customer projects (category C) through the entire project life cycle, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Manage contracts, negotiate change requests, and proactively identify, defend, and mitigate claims and risks.
• Inspire and guide your project team, delegate responsibilities, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on all project aspects.
• Implement lessons learned, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a seamless handover to after-sales/service.

What You Bring

• At least 36 months of proven project management experience, including leadership of teams with 4 or more members in the last 6 years.
• Certified Project Manager (IPMA C or comparable), with a completed degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in project planning, contract management, risk and opportunity management, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Experience managing intercultural teams and communicating with senior stakeholders across different countries.
• You have advanced English proficiency.
• Business travel may be required for project needs.
