As a Project Manager you will design, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering-based projects. Your day will involve preparing project controls, specifications, and schedules while monitoring progress and performance to resolve operational challenges and ensure timely completion.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, and schedules for engineering projects.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing operational issues to minimize delays.
- Identify and gather necessary resources for project completion.
- Develop engineering standards, designs, and work specifications.
- Create project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in project management within engineering contexts.
- Strong understanding of project controls, specifications, and scheduling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational challenges.
- Experience in resource identification and management.
- Knowledge of engineering standards and design principles.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
