A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate publicly funded R&D projects, especially within EU-funded programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless application as well as execution from grant award through delivery, acting as the key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as Project Coordinator during the application and execution phase of public funding (e.g., EU-funded) R&D projects
• Serve as the primary interface between external stakeholders (European Union bodies, consortium partners) and internal functions (R&D, Finance, Manufacturing, Regional teams)
• Ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions where needed
• Support compliance with funding regulations, reporting requirements, and contractual obligations
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional and international teams

What You Bring

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within R&D or publicly funded innovation projects
• Solid understanding of R&D processes and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Technical background in the power industry (e.g., electrical or mechanical engineering) or related field
• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
