A Snapshot of Your Day

As Project Manager in our Onshore Substations team, you'll own the full lifecycle of projects; from sales handover and initiation, through execution, to final acceptance and transition to service. You will be acting as the project entrepreneur with overall responsibility for operational, commercial, contractual, technical, quality and EHS performance. You'll typically run 2–3 projects in parallel, at different phases, working closely with your technical and commercial project managers plus a strong PMO, engineering and site organization around you. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team where colleagues actively support each other and share solutions across projects – and where your work directly shapes how reliably we deliver the infrastructure powering Denmark's energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage projects through the full lifecycle until Final Acceptance (FAC), ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality and budget
  • Establish and maintain the Project Management Plan, leading planning, milestone management and KPI tracking to flag deviations early
  • Analyze customer requirements, assess technical, commercial and contractual feasibility, and manage risks, claims, change requests and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, consortium partners and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving issues as they arise
  • Lead, inspire and develop your project team, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, and drive lessons learned and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager on externally led, moderate-complexity (Category C) customer projects. Ideally within EPC execution (e.g. substations or similar civil/electrical infrastructure projects)
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, contract management, risk and opportunity management as well as project planning and controlling
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities in international and intercultural environments
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, quality and EHS requirements
  • Fluent English oral and written required, Danish is a plus
