As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you'll be at the forefront of aligning customer needs with our company's values. Leading an (international) team, you'll spearhead small to medium-sized projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring success while maintaining control over costs and deadlines. Your intuition for team dynamics and human connections will elevate project outcomes, surpassing safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.

How You Can Make a Difference

· Manage control technology, electrical engineering, digitalization and service projects, driving new constructions and modernizations with internal and external stakeholders with full profit & loss responsibility.

· Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g., Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).

· Ensure the technical and financial success of projects while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

· Foster an exchange of experiences within the project management team and across relevant units.

· Lead an interdisciplinary, intercultural and possible international project team and act as the project's representative within the organization.

· Support to the Sales and Bid Management during the offer and negotiation phase.

What You Bring

· A Master or Bachelor’s degree in automation, control technology, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical education with relevant industry experience.

· Professional background in engineering or commissioning electrical and control systems, coupled with project lead or project management expertise.

· Ideally, prior 3 - 5 years’ experience in technical and project management roles within small to medium-sized projects.

· Certification as a project manager (e.g., PM@Siemens or IPMA) is advantageous.

· Health, safety and environment certificate (VCA-VOL or equivalent)

· Proficient written and spoken in Dutch and English; French is an advantage, German is a plus.

· Exceptional communication, empathy, and strong team spirit along with initiative, leadership, result orientation, decisiveness, planning and organizational skills.

· Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Teams), SAP, Project Management software (OnePM, PMTC, PMTX etc..).
