Join Siemens Energy as a global Programme Manager and serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the leadership of the Grid Technologies – Service organization. In this role you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, facilitate decision-making, and drive high-impact outcomes ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Collaborate with global leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.

· Actively develop and drive strategic initiatives and projects

· Address a wide range of strategic and operational issues while taking responsibility for own special projects.

· Oversee and track progress on key projects / initiatives, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

· Act as a liaison between leadership and teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility across the organization.

· Collect and leverage data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.

· Provide direct support to senior leadership by preparing presentations, briefing materials, and reports for internal and external audiences.

· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field. 

· 5+ years of experience in energy, technology, or related industries, with a strong background in strategy, operations, or project management

· Knowledge of grid technologies, digital transformation, and energy systems preferred.

· Ambition to develop into larger roles /responsibilities in 2+ years, with an interest in an intermediate development step to sharpen strategic and leadership skills.

· Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive measurable outcomes.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.

· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).

· Fluent in English (written and spoken) for confident communication international interfaces; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
