A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA, you will lead the local execution of the SAP S/4HANA rollout within our manufacturing operations while serving as the Local ERP Expert supporting the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) program.

You will act as the key interface between global deployment teams and local business stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation, user adoption, master data readiness, and ERP-MES integration. Your role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, minimizing operational disruption, and enabling a successful transition toward future-ready manufacturing processes.

How You'll Make an Impact

·       Act as the primary liaison between the Global Rollout Team and local business functions, ensuring successful execution of all SAP S/4HANA implementation phases.

·       Coordinate local rollout activities, resources, key users, data stewards, and change agents to ensure project readiness and successful deployment.

·       Monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, driving mitigation actions and ensuring project objectives are achieved.

·       Lead change management and user engagement activities, promoting adoption and business readiness throughout the S/4HANA transformation.

·       Support MES implementation activities by performing master data assessments, coordinating ERP integration requirements, and validating system readiness.

·       Drive post-Go-Live stabilization activities, lessons learned sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives across manufacturing sites.

What You Bring

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.

·       Minimum 8 years of professional experience in ERP implementations, digital transformation programs, operational excellence initiatives, or large-scale project management.

·       Proven experience participating in or leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or rollout projects within manufacturing environments.

·       Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, master data management, supply chain processes, and ERP integrations.

·       Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.

·       Knowledge of SAP ERP architecture, data migration processes, testing methodologies, and change management principles.

·       Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP-MES integration concepts is highly preferred.

·       Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

·       PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is considered an advantage.

·       Professional fluency in English is required.

·       Knowledge of Siemens Energy processes, organizational structures, and systems is a plus.
