A Snapshot of Your Day

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end migration of our existing ERP system to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful onsite rollout execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and extensive experience in ERP implementations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across various time zones and countries, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Bridge connection with the Cluster Team and Local Business to support all project phases and ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Business Cluster Manager to identify and select local business key users, data stewards, and change agents for the local rollout team.
  • Ensure resource availability of the local rollout team for project activities and thoroughly prepare and plan the local rollout project in collaboration with the Rollout Cluster Team.
  • Provide inputs for rollout assessment and validate and finalize the project scope.
  • Participate in Enterprise Structure workshops to draft the Enterprise Structure Configuration list alongside the Business Cluster Manager and Key Users.
  • Coordinate and steer all activities at the local site according to the defined rollout project plan.
  • Track and monitor deliverables and milestones to identify delays and risks early on.
  • Act as an ambassador for the S4E rollout project at the local site to increase acceptance among end users.
  • Lead review sessions after successful Go-Live to discuss and document lessons learned.
  • Support knowledge transfer between local rollout projects with the assistance of the Change Agent.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with an emphasis on SAP S/4HANA data migrations
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully facilitating large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Siemens Energy or Siemens processes, structures and systems is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
