- Maintain the DPS (Digital Product Solutions) vision and strategy created by management, ensuring portfolio execution remains aligned to organisational goals and strategic direction.
- Manage the Portfolio Roadmap, providing clear visibility of what is planned in each offering and maintaining a longer-term portfolio view over a two-year horizon. Manage the Portfolio Kanban, ensuring transparency of what is happening in each offering and how work is progressing to create value.
- Manage the prioritisation of portfolio initiatives and needs in conjunction with Solution Managers and Product Managers, balancing value, strategic alignment, capacity, dependencies, and customer outcomes. Maintain the portfolio vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring initiatives and domains are aligned with product strategy and customer needs.
- Maintain mapping of initiatives to portfolio offerings to ensure traceability, alignment, and reporting clarity. Identify synergies across initiatives and requests, highlight opportunities to improve value creation, reduce duplication, and strengthen portfolio coherence. Identify opportunities within portfolio elements, including where products or solutions developed through team augmentation could become part of the DPS Products and Solutions portfolio.
- Report at DPS level on the financial health of initiatives and offerings, including investment visibility, performance trends, and value realisation.
- Prepare portfolio-level reporting, success updates, and stakeholder presentations to support decision-making, governance, and executive communication.
- University degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree desirable.
- Proven experience in portfolio management and strategic planning. Experience working with cross-functional senior stakeholders across business, product, technology, finance, and governance functions.
- Strong understanding of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles, and Lean Portfolio Management practices. Knowledge of Agile delivery models, value streams, product operating models, and business case development. SAFe Lean Portfolio Management certification or equivalent SAFe experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios, competing priorities, and large-scale change initiatives. Experience with portfolio prioritisation, investment planning and budgeting an advantage.
- Experience using Atlassian products to manage a Portfolio. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen. Ability to balance long-term direction with short-term delivery needs
