You will lead the charge in crafting a product roadmap that aligns with our business goals, ensuring that every feature exceeds customer expectations.

Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, to create user-centered designs that enhance the overall experience. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, making a significant impact on our product’s success and the satisfaction of our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable requirements for the development team.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in collaboration with partners to achieve product goals.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize the product backlog, and improve customer value.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.

What You Bring 

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, minimun 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with solid experience building monitoring dashboard
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe 6.0) and confirmed experience in leading products from conception to market.
• Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to bring to bear data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• A technical background or experience working closely with engineering and software development teams.

About the Team

In the central Digital Product and Solution (DPS) organization we are responsible for developing software solutions for both internal and external customers. In DPS, our SW products cover already today a wide range of different categories, and we see many opportunities for growth: Asset Performance Management, Energy Management, Asset Monitoring, Asset Health Prediction, Customer Portal & AI assisted Applications, Connectivity & Edge, Backend Core / Domain / Platform Services and Professional Services  As a global team we are aiming to towards the SAFe 6.0 process standards in our daily way of working.
