How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will assist in the review and tracking of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to ensure smooth change implementation.
• You will support the update and quality-check of dashboards and KPIs for the ECN process, enhancing reporting accuracy.
• You will contribute to data cleansing and validation efforts, ensuring reliable reporting and decision-making.
• You will help prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, follow-up logs, and decision records for Implementation Boards, fostering effective communication.
• You will collaborate on improving documentation templates and internal guidelines, contributing to best practices across the organization.

What You Bring

• You are currently enrolled in an Engineering, Industrial Management, or related degree program.
• You possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work with structured data effectively.
• You have good organizational skills and can follow structured processes with ease.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well with diverse stakeholders.
• You have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working in an international environment with English proficiency.

About the Team
You will be part of a multidisciplinary international team within Wind Power Operations, focusing on tower management. This diverse group includes both senior and junior profiles, with an average age of around 40 years. The team is dedicated to product configuration based on technological designs, organizing material lists for manufacturability, and managing documentation for tower operations. As a Working Student, you will engage in change management, gaining exposure to various areas and functions, from engineering specifications to technical office support. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute across multiple disciplines.
