How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provides guidance on supplier registration.
  • Processes purchase requests by creating and releasing purchase orders.
  • Manages purchase orders, tracking and expediting for timely and cost-efficient material supply.
  • Maintains and updates supplier master data for accuracy.
  • Actively seeks standardization and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensures strong customer focus by handling requests promptly and with high quality.
  • Communicates efficiently with internal and external stakeholders within Commodity circles.
  • Responsible for order management and logistics operations while monitoring supplier performance and sharing relevant procurement information with stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Over 2- 5 years’ experience in Procurement Activities and supply chain (regardless direct or indirect material) with Japanese and foreign suppliers
  • Operational experience of SAP
  • Communication and interpersonal skills and proactive approach in both English and Japanese languages
  • Appreciating intercultural diversity and adjusting to the specific aspects of each country
