A Snapshot of Your Day
As a key member of the Business Improvement team, you’ll responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. This role involves analyzing existing methods, standardizing processes, and leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Travel to project sites and district offices to engage with teams and identify potential areas for improvement and cost reduction
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyze and map current processes in Field Service Operations, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with various departments, including Field Service, Finance, and IT, to standardize and optimize processes
- Implement data visualizations and analytics to support strategic decision-making and drive process automation
- Develop and maintain documentation for standardized processes and tools, ensuring clear communication and training for all stakeholders
- Lead projects to digitally transform business processes, integrating new technologies and tools to enhance productivity
- Enhance processes to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden and identify and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve financial performance
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience preferred in process improvement, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of process mapping, data visualization, and automation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx and familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence change without authority and work collaboratively across departments
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience with project management and knowledge of SAP financial transactions, preferred and PMP certification is a plus
