As a Performance Controller Professional for the GT (Grid Technologies) business, you will play a crucial role in business controlling and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams. Your responsibilities include providing essential data and analysis to inform financial decisions and strategies, overseeing accurate and timely financial reporting, and managing effective tracking, controlling, and forecasting. You will support financial planning and analysis, including budget preparation, forecast planning, month-end and year-end closing tasks, and deviation analysis. Additionally, you will drive projects aimed at process optimization, simplification, and enhancing project financial performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as a trusted partner to the Finance team in Grid Technologies Sales (GT S) and Grid Solution (GS) for business controlling and reporting in the Asia Pacific and China region.
• Coordinate financial topics, analyze data, and conduct deviation analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Participate in monthly closing processes and evaluate cost structures for accuracy.
• Assist in the yearly budget planning process to ensure financial alignment.
• Create transparency and support operations by providing accurate forecasts.
• Monitor cost centers to ensure planning accuracy and manage currency risks effectively.
• Provide performance reports and recommend management actions based on analysis.
• Support FIN GT S & GS management with various reporting, forecasting, and cost-controlling tasks while promoting automation and optimizing reporting tools.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in reporting and controlling roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Skilled in data analysis tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Highly developed analytical skills with a strong commercial aptitude and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in complex and changing environments, demonstrating self-management and conceptual skills.
• Effective communication skills for working in interdisciplinary and international teams, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• A proactive team player with a strong initiative to drive results.
