- Develop internal programs (incl. setting deadlines, tracking progress and assessing results) to support business targets.
- Support the organization in reducing non-conformity costs, while increasing productivity and efficiency in our growing market.
- Develop new business concepts to increase overall profitability.
- Review, update, and support automation of existing processes to streamline the current process portfolio (e.g. Non-Conformity, Productivity, EQS, EHS, LoA, Lessons Learned).
- Collaborate with other portfolios, businesses, and regions to ensure best practice sharing across the organization.
- Degree in Finance, Consulting, or Engineering.
- Experience in PMO and/or internal program management.
- Longstanding experience in project management with a strong personal drive to lead internal programs.
- Ability to clearly present and formulate ideas and proposals for improvement.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
